When it arrives

Small pieces such as lamps, cushions and vases leave within two working days. Larger pieces arrive in 5 to 10 working days: we call you to choose a day, carry the piece to the room you want and take the packaging away.

What it costs

Free from €500, and €9 below that.

Returns

You have 30 days to change your mind. Tell us and we collect large pieces; we refund you as soon as the piece is back with us, in the state it left.

Something wrong?

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we repair or replace it. Solid oak furniture carries a five-year guarantee.
