Small pieces leave within two working days. Larger pieces arrive in 5 to 10 working days, on a day you choose, carried to the room you want.

Large pieces arrive assembled or are put together by our delivery team. Small pieces need a few minutes and the tool in the box.

Yes, within 30 days. Tell us and we collect large pieces; we refund you once it is back with us.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth, keep it away from radiators and direct sun, and oil it once a year with the oil we send with it.
