Dining outdoors: getting the terrace ready
The Sable team

A teak table, comfortable armchairs and soft light for long evenings: our tips for a terrace you never want to leave.
Start with how you live
The best room is the one that fits your days: where you read, where you eat, where friends sit when they come round. Begin with the piece you use most and build around it.
Choose honest materials
Solid wood, linen, wool and stone age well and look better for it. Mix one statement piece with quieter ones, and give every room one warm, low light.
- Measure the room and the doorways before you choose.
- Leave space to move around each piece.
- Repeat one colour or material two or three times in the room.

Live with it first
Every piece comes with 30 days to decide. If it does not suit the room, we come and collect it.
Fewer pieces, chosen well, kept for years.
